Publishing Your Website

Follow these steps to publish your website using your own domain

Domain Publishing Process

1

Access Your Domain Provider

Log in to your domain provider's website (such as GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.) where you purchased your domain.

2

Add DNS Records

You'll need to add specific DNS records to connect your domain to the Base44 platform. Find the DNS management section in your domain provider's dashboard.

Add These DNS Records:

CNAME Record for www subdomain:

Host: www
Points to: cname.vercel-dns.com

A Records for root domain:

Host: @
IP Address: 76.76.21.21

DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to propagate globally, though they often take effect much sooner.

3

Contact Base44 Support

After setting up your DNS records, you'll need to inform the Base44 team about your domain so they can configure it on their end.

Send the following information:

  • Your domain name
  • Your Base44 account email
  • The name of this application
4

Verify Connection

Once the Base44 team confirms your domain setup is complete, visit your domain to verify that your website is accessible. If you encounter any issues, contact Base44 support for assistance.
